ON AND ON WITH MY SKETCHES.....

This time the task given to us was to sketch objects with a reflecting surface. Felt like a next step in my pencil sketch works..I was introduced to B pencils this time . B pencils like 2B,3B......8B are the ones used for shading .As number increase so is the darkness...B stands for bold.


The object I was asked to sketch this time was a steel vessel.The perspective of the object assigned to me to draw was different from that of my peers. As I sat  right next to the window of the class ,the  view  of the object that I looked upon to sketch  had a lot of reflection on it,..... At first I felt it so tough...but then I got the knack..and concentrated on  each and every point and tried to sketch it.And I believe it came out well..I asked my mom whether she can figure out what I have drawn and she said" Its a fish in the Jar!!" :(..so cant even evaluate whether it has actually become what I meant..still....nice try right!!???

The lined figures in the middle are the reflections from behind...As this sketch is thoroughly in concern with analyzing  reflections and has a deep reflecting surface...it was necessary to sketch them too....that's the lesson..
